Phil is the General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer at Healthpilot, leading legal, human resources, corporate and administrative functions.  Before joining Healthpilot, Phil was General Counsel and SVP of Corporate Development at InstaMed, a private equity-backed fintech business delivering healthcare payment and transaction processing solutions to health insurers, providers and consumers.  InstaMed was acquired by JPMorgan Chase in July 2019, a transaction on which Phil played a key role pre-and post-acquisition.

Prior to InstaMed, Phil was a corporate and securities attorney at Troutman Pepper LLP (previously known as Pepper Hamilton LLP).  Phil has a JD and MBA from Villanova University and a Finance degree from Pennsylvania State University.
