Eric Howell joined Healthpilot as Chief Product Officer in February 2021. Prior to joining Healthpilot, Eric was the Chief Product Officer at HealthIQ responsible for both customer and agent experiences. He led the team there in its launch of the necessary tools and systems to power the company’s first successful AEP selling season.   Prior to HealthIQ, Eric spent over two decades in Product leadership at eHealth where he played a large role in bringing technology and e-commerce experiences to the health insurance and Medicare insurance markets on behalf of the consumer.   He has a passion for clarification and optimization allowing stakeholders, developers, and especially customers achieve their best outcome.
